Teams create meeting in the calendar of the wrong account and stops me from hosting the meeting

Background - I have multiple Microsoft accounts as I am a consultant. The first is my business, then two others for client businesses. All accounts are in Outlook. I use separate Edge instances for working in each account. I have the Teams and Zoom plug-ins in Outlook.

Problem - When I create a meeting in the Teams app within my business profile, the meeting will show in the calendar for my second account (my client account). When I run the meeting I get the message that the meeting is waiting for the host. This security issue as the meeting details can then be seen by users on the other domain.

I assume It has something to do with the plugins for Outlook.

Question - Why is this happening? How can I fix it?
