The SharePoint Organisation web part does not work when site is integrated to teams

Question

We have integrated our SharePoint site into teams and that has broken the organisation web part and it is saying that the user can no longer be found. If you republish the page from teams it says that user can no longer be found but if you republish the page from a browser it says that the specific user can no longer be found (it shows for half a second the right person and then disappears)

when we open the site in a browser this web part is working fine

How did you integrate Teams with SharePoint?

If you encounter this error on the desktop client, please try to clear the cache and test again:

Step 1. If Teams is still running, right-click the Teams icon in the taskbar, and then select Quit.

Step 2. Press Win + R to open the Run box. Then type %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\ in the box and press Enter to run it.

Step 3. In the pop-up File Explorer window, double-click the Cache folder and then delete all files in the folder.

Step 4. Restart Teams.
