How to roll-up content from lists and docs residing in folders and sites? Is it possible with hubs or what else provides this essential function?

    Hi @Frank Radewagen,

To achieve your requirement with Out-of-the-box features, it is recommended to integrate with Power Automate flow in my experience. Firstly build a separate SharePoint site collection for the manager and create corresponding lists and libraries to customers', and build Power Automate flows for each customer's lists and libraries in their site collections.

The general design idea of flow is to automatically copy the items and files to the corresponding lists and libraries of the manger's site collection whenever items or files are created in the customers' lists and libraries.

So that all content in the customers' lists and libraries will be rolled up to the manager's site collection.

    Hi Allen,

thanks for the feedback. I am trying to setup a PMO which should give a top-manager a comprehensive of all projects, including milestone-status, tasks, issues. The results should be rendered ideally in the same format as the sources. E.g. rolled-up tasks should be rendered as tasks list, etc.

Each customer shall have it’s own site-collection, which is managed by a Salesperson responsible for a dedicated customer. S(he) should have an easy overview of all projects for that customer, including the above mentioned items.

Each customer project should have it‘s own site, granting access to the project manager and the project team. The PM should have the same report structure, as the Sales and top-manager, but only for this project.

Hope that helps. Looking forward to hearing from you.

    best regards

    Frank
