How to fix a display name on my microsoft learn profile

Hi,

My display name keeps reverting to a generic number. No matter how many times I change the display name to my name, it reverts. I have tried different email addresses, this also happens with those. I have tried to clearing cache and browsing history aswell using different devices/using incognition modes. However this still persists. Please advise how can I go forward?
