Since this is an optional update, the decision to install it now or wait longer to avoid possible issues is up to you.
Prevent feature update from asking for response when rebooting?
I was told to post my question here.
I have remote win10 system, no monitor nor keyboard, that is accessed by Splashtop. It provides backup services for a NAS system.
On a recent feature update, it failed to reboot, and we had to visit the location, add a monitor and keyboard, and respond to a question. I do not know what the question was as I was not there, but I was the one that allowed the download to install in the first place.
I recently logged on and there is cumulative 22h2 update available. I suspect the same problem will occur. Do I need the update? If I need the update, is there any setting to allow the system to boot into the windows logon screen and bypass any type of response requirement?
Thank you.
