Can contributor of a subscription which is linked to ADO be able to run CI/CD pipeline

Question

I have a role of "Contributor" for an Azure subscription. I created an organization via Azure DevOps, now i would like to set up CI/CD pipeline and run it as and when there is a change in code.

Can you please confimr what level subscription access is needed to:

1. Create CI/Cd pipeline
2. To run a pipeline which is already created.
