Application ID not included in Azure OpenAI Service onboarding email

Hi, our team is currently experiencing difficulties in submitting the application form "Aure OpenAI GPT-4 Public Preview Waitlist". While completing the form, we were request to provide an Application ID, but we can't find it in the Azure OpenAI Service onboarding email we recieved.

We already had access to Azure OpenAI Service. The Subject of the onboarding email we received is [Subject: Welcome to the Azure OpenAI Service, !] Where the Application ID should be, is blank.

We had sent request and reminder emails to the Cognitive Service Gating Support team asking for the Application ID, but we have not received any response for almost a month. Could you please let me know the update and the status of our request? Or could you please let me know where we can find the Application ID in this case?

@任 点 I think the application id is optional in the GPT4 access request form. You could provide other details along with subscription id which can help to process your request for GPT4 access.

If you want to however retrieve your acknowledgement email from original application request, please search the following subject in your inbox to check the application id in the subject line. If it is not deleted by your email client, you should be able to find it.
