Conversational Language Understanding Dotnet SDK DeployProject() call does not return job id

The call for DeployProject does not return a JobId that is needed to check the status of the job..
The REST API says this is returned by the operation-location header but this header is not present in the rawresponse from the operation object.
Is this a bug? Thanks.
