I can not create a Microsoft developer user because of my phone is used in unknown email

Good morning,
I want to create a Microsoft development account to learn how to use Azure, through the Microsoft 365 Developer program.
The problem is that when I get to the part to enter my mobile number, it tells me that it is already in use with an unknown email for me.
Could you tell me how to avoid this problem, so I can create my development account and start practicing with Azure?
