Not getting email alert of low disk space of VM

We want to get an alert when disk space reduced to 5 GB. We have configured a low disk space email alert for one of our Azure VM. We have followed two links:

But we couldn't see any generated logs or we didn't get any email alert on it. Can we get any help as early as possible?

Hi,

The articles you posted should do the trick. Can you confirm that you are actually logging the LogicalDisk % Free Space performance counter in the Log analytics workspace? or via a data collection rule?:

@Hardik Parekh in addition the suggestions provided by @Richard Redgrave ,

Check if the query you're using is returning any results from Log Analytics

Check the configured trigger you set based on they query by verifying the frequency and criteria (it may need to be adjusted).
