This is App is the most annoying thing and I want to get rid of it. It wont allow me to sign in my UNIVERSITY ACCOUNT without the authenticator app and now that my university account is gone in the app I cant log in ANYWHERE.I tried everything that anyone said on the internet but there is always one step on the App and than it doesnt work. Please I have an iPhone 11, someone tell me how to COMPLETLY remove this App!!

You'll need to contact the university admins about removing two factor from the account. There is no other method.
