How can I get codes from the authenticator apps if I got a new phone? (Old device lost)

Hello!
I upgrated to a new phone and handed in my old phone at the phone company. I had everything backed up in icloud so I was not worried. However I was using microsoft authenticator app to login to Facebook. I was using the app without being logged in. On my new phone I am unable to retrieve the codes to login to Facebook.
What can I do??
