Cannot use university mail ID to create a free student account on Azure

Hi, I am a student currently studying in University of Hyderabad, Hyderabd, Telangana, India. I am trying to access the student benefits for this account (******@uoyhd.ac.in) which is also my university account. But it tells me "Your current account type is not supported." How do I fix this?
