Is the fix for this vulnerability is simply removing sysmon.exe or updating to the latest version, is this correct?

Shiva Rad 0 Reputation points Microsoft Employee2023-06-14T20:37:29.18+00:00 My customer has updated to the latest version 14.16 but it's affected physical laptops and desktops. Affected systems would either experience a BSOD or a blurred screen. is there a fix for that or do we know the RC?
