Azure bot is not working

I have created a Azure bot and updated the Microsoft app id and password and also the secret key of direct line in the respective app service.

But I am getting error "There was an error sending this message to your bot. " while testing in Test in web chat and UI web app is not responding showing "unable to connect"

    you can follow this one and if the problem still exists please try to provide more information about your environment, API etc.
