I'm in europe, is there a way to get access to GPT-4

Hi there,

I applied for the waitlist but saw in this post that it's only available in East US and South-Central US. Will this affect my waitlist position if I'm from Europe? If so, is there a way to modify my application to get access to these regions?

GPT-4 Models

These models can only be used with the Chat Completion API.

gpt-4 <sup>1,2</sup>	East US, France Central	N/A	8,192	September 2021
gpt-4-32k <sup>1,2</sup>	East US, France Central	N/A	32,768	September 2021

¹ The model is only available by request.
² Currently, only version 0314 of this model is available.

Have you already applied the access for GPT-4 or just the OpenAI? If you have not, please use this forum to apply for GPT-4 only available by request

If you already applied the access for GPT-4, I think the region is not a limitation, since the access is applied to the subscription.
