Cannot find certificate after 48hours of exam completion.

Question

I have completed my exam of Azure AI Engineer Associate on Tue 5/30/2023 2:08 AM. I successfully cleared the exam but since then i cannot find the certificate. I found badge but certificate is not visible.

I have also completed exam of Azure Data Engineer Associate on Tue 5/30/2023 2:08 AM. I successfully cleared the exam also but for this also i am unable to locate the certificate

below I have attached the picture of proof with more detailed of the exam.
