Hi Experts,
I am currently using Microsoft Teams with a default domain onmicrosoft.com, together with my own business domain name provided by Google for Gmail contacts.
I would like to know if it's possible to use my existing business domain name to register Microsoft Teams instead of using the default domain onmicrosoft.com. If it is possible, could you please provide the necessary steps or guidance on how to do so?
Thank you!

Hi @Nguyen Nam
You can sign up for Microsoft Teams Essentials using your existing domain name, but you'll need to take some configuration steps to connect Teams Essentials to your existing email system and calendar.
If your email system is based on a third-party provider, you can connect by following the guidance in the following article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/connect-teams-essentials-to-email.
After you connect Teams Essentials to your existing email system and calendar, you can enjoy Teams' meetings, chats, calls, and collaboration capabilities and sign into Teams using your existing email address.
