Hi! I am having an issue with a SSRS report subscription. When I open the subscription by clicking on edit it gives me an error like in the screenshot below, The ownerID or the user that was used to create this subscription previously was a personal account of an ex-employee at our organization. Since the employee is no longer with the firm, his User ID got deactivated, due to which I believe we are getting this issue. I have changed the ownerID to a service account by updating it in the backend execution log. This service account or new OwnerID has full access to the server and the Datasource that is being used in the report. I am still facing this issue. Please let me know how we can fix this issue as the subscription is not running and I am not able to see any details in the subscription like schedule time or recipient list.

We need to fix this asap, could you please look into it on a high priority, as we getting impacted on the production server.

    Hi @Abhay Sharma,

SSRS system admin user can manage all the subscriptions (created by other users too).

Please try to use the admin user to manage the subscription or make sure that your account has the permission to manage the subscription.

In addition, if this impact on the production server, you may open a ticket to Microsoft to get the respond promptly.

    Regards,
