Error al registrar con la aplicación Portal de empresa - Microsoft Q&A

Buenos días

Tengo un problema y pienso que es con la licencia E3.

Cuando abro la aplicación "Portal de empresa"

y pongo el correo muestra este error.Sin título

Y no me deja registrarlo.

Cuando bajo la licencia si me deja... ¿sabéis a que se puede deber?

    @Alba PONCE SEDANO, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For Q&A limitation, currently, only English is supported. You can use English to avoid misunderstanding.

    After transferring, I notice the device enrolled via Company portal has error 8018002. To troubleshoot the issue, we can check the following information:

    1. Please check if the MDM Authority is set to Intune and the device is supported.

    1. Please ensure the user has an Intune Plan 1 license assigned.
