How to setup network connectivity for M365 tenant when all users are working remotely? What all are the requirements for the same?

What are you specifically looking to accomplish with users working remotely? Are you looking to restrict certain users? Please give us some more details on your scenario.

I am looking for a way to utilize all the workloads plus there should not any issues accessing the data from different locations for users.

Also wanted to know that we are pure cloud only organization and as I mentioned all users are working remotely from different countries so are there any network requirements for us to implement or not in this scenario or what all are the different scenarios where we should think of doing this all?
