Opening a Microsoft 365 document on a networklocation fails after activating 2FA. "Acces Denied" on opening a Office document

After setting up 2FA authentication for the inlog on our networkdrive's, at a EU provider, the connection start ok but at opening a Word or Excel document I get, Acces denied.

Acces denied, You are not qualified to open this document. Do you want request permission for SharePoint? Yes/No

Opening a not Office document as .pdf or .jpg is ok.
At first I got a request for a username and password and when I entered that, along with the 2FA token, the file opened. But now I get that access denied with that Sharepoint question. That question does work, if I enter Ja, the request comes for the username and password and the file is downloaded. How do I prevent that Sharepoint question from intersecting so that the ask for username and password opens again?

We don't use SharePoint at all, we do work with Microsoft 365, and the problem occurs under both W10 and W11. The network location is not on the OneDrive but with a European provider.
