I have a word template design ready to go, but if i add a landscape page in the word document, the design doesn't change to a landscape design, i have this landscape design ready in another template. Is there a way to combine them or make a dynamic template of these two template designs?

In most cases it's possible, but your question is short on specifics as to what page elements you are working with. Something in the header or footer? A watermark image? Tables that are supposed to fill the page? You can post a copy of your document to a cloud service, then post a share link here so we can take a look.
Hi John, thanks for reaching out to me. I'll try to explain better.
This (A+B) is the same document, with a cover and template settings. So i am using both header and footer settings for this design. As you can see the left (A) document is alright, but if i change the page settings from portrait to landscape it change the design (B). This looks a little off, i have made a different template for that in landscape but i want to combine them in one word template. So when i change this portrait to landscape it will automatically look like this. Hopefully you can help me explain how to achieve this.

Since Word lacks master pages, there isn't a good solution for the first page of your landscape section. Microsoft Publisher has master pages, but lacks many Word features. As a workaround, you could leave the page blank and add first page graphics that you have stored in AutoText/Building Blocks.
For the second page header and footer, you can place the logos and other elements into a table into a table that is set to display at 100% of the width instead of a fixed measurement. Any cells in that table should also have their column widths set to a percentage of the total width.
