Fine Tuned model deployment failed, west europe

Hi,
I have a curie fine tuning model that I have just create on Azure OpenAI studio. However, when I try to deploy it, it fails with message:
"statusMessage": "{\"status\":\"Failed\",\"error\":{\"code\":\"ResourceOperationFailure\",\"message\":\"The resource operation completed with terminal provisioning state 'Failed'.\",\"details\":[{\"code\":\"InternalServerError\",\"message\":\"Internal Server Error.\"}]}}
I tried to delete the deployment and deploy the model again, but I got the same error.
I also have seen similar case added on April, and as far as I understand, it was just a temporary disservice in East Europe (but I am in West Europe). Could it be the same issue behind?
