Hi There!
I am writing to request an action as on our account we have seen three big amount charges ($75K, $53K and $96K), We are small sized business and never authorized such a big amount of service and per our invoice history, we never paid close to this amount anytime.
Request to please look in to this and help us resolving the issue. We are pretty shattered with these charges and looking to resolve it as soon as possible. Its a big hit on us.
