why can I not upload a new quiz on form on this particular team class of mine. However, I can upload a new quiz using form for the rest of my teams?

I have 6 teams online. I was able to upload new quizzes using form. However. there is this particular team or 1 class of which it always says ,"There was a problem attaching this file. Please remove and try again.". However, I can upload a new quiz using form for the rest of my teams. I already deleted some quizzes so that it can accommodate 200 files/quizzes and still I do get the same response every time I try to upload a quiz on this particular class or team.
