How to fix WebMatrix not detecting SMO being installed

I am using WebMatrix to try and build my website using ASP.NET, but I can't publish my website because of this error:

I have already installed the Shared Management Objects package from the SQL Server 2012 Feature pack (I did install SQL Server 2012), and the required CLR Types package for server 2012, but I still get this same error. How can I fix this?

Microsoft has ended its support for Webmatrix, and you can use Visual Studio to develop the project.

You can add the "SQL Server Management objects" plugin from "Nuget Package Manager".
