    Hello:

     I calleded  two I.T. experts to follow all of your instructions,but the search function still not work.
    
     Before,I called many I.T. experts to solve the problem.One expert said that he had known one user also faced the same problem,he said that it is a bug of window 10.
    
    I am very dependent on the search function,please help me to solve it.

    Please perform the following steps

    Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste

    net user test /add

    msdt.exe -id SearchDiagnostic

    Click view detailed information > take pictures >post images or share links into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

    Reboot the computer and logon on with the new user named test > test search >report findings

    There are third party software that can be used for search while troubleshooting.

    The Microsoft Q&A website is still malfunctioning.

    net user test /add

    When running the Microsoft search troubleshooter > click view detailed information > take pictures > post images or share links into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    Dear Microsoft support,

    I clicked view detailed information and caprtured screen. Please find below link for screen capture.

    After booted computer, Account "Test" can search in C and E drive. But I search in D drive that sometimes no search result found.

    Account "User" still fail search in ALL drive. It is no action after click the search button.

    How can I solve this search issue in Account "User"?
