I have Azure trial subscription on xxx.onmicrosoft.com domain, i want to have o365 exchange online trial on same ******@onmicrosoft.com .

I have Azure trial subscription on xxx.onmicrosoft.com domain, i want to have o365 exchange online trial on same ******@onmicrosoft.com domain. is it possible?

Or else i have another o365 trial subscription, how can i merge o365 trial subscription to my Azure trial because o365 trial is having ******@onmicrosoft.com and Azure trial is having ******@onmicrosoft.com.

Any sort of help will be appreciated.

    Hi @Mohd Anas,

    Would you be able to access Microsoft 365 Admin Center with your account as global admin?

    If yes, please locate Marketplace>All Products and select a plan which includes Exchange Online and start free trial.

    Take Microsoft 365 Business Basic for example (some plans may not have the trial option available):
