I deployed my gpt3.5 model and got an issuer when I used it.
The description of the issuer:
Access denied due to invalid subscription key or wrong API endpoint. Make sure to provide a valid key for an active subscription and use the correct regional API endpoint for your resource.
Can anyone help?

Same error here. MSDN subscription. Created both gpt and text-davinci deployments. Chat and Completions playground have similar errors. You should probably add OpenAI or OpenAI Studio to the title.

and i found only fracne central work fine, but just 3.5-turbo model
@sipeng tang What was the response latency like? I've been using OpenAI's chat endpoint, but the 3.5-turbo model went from 2-10 second response times to 30 seconds times. Is France central quick enough for live voice chat in your opinion?

Azure OpenAI Studio is now working for both of the OpenAI instances I created yesterday.
Azure OpenAI Studio is now working on a second machine (Mac) and on Chrome in incognito mode on my Windows machine.
Azure OpenAI Studio is still not working with the same error on my primary machine Chrome or Edge browser that I was using when I posted my previous message.
Mine didn't work yesterday, but now it works. Most importantly-- it's about 10x faster than openai's API. TOTALLY fast enough to do live STT / TTS conversation with a bot.
