Can I reverse deleting a microsoft 365 developer profile

I set up a microsoft 365 developer subscription. When I went to go to subscription, I requested a liscense as I was logged in with an MS account. I had issues, when I try to go to make.powerapps.com it is stuck on you need to sign with a liscense, but I have a liscense. Therefore deleted the profile to start over, now it wont let me do anything for the next 3 months. Can the delete profile be reversed.
