HOW CAN I RESCHECULED MY EXAM AFTER EXAM TIME GOES AWAY

AS I WAS ALLOTED A TIME FOR BUT DURING THAT TIME INTERNET CONNECTION WAS NOT DETECTED ,BUT MY INTERNET CONNECTION WAS PROPER ,SO I WAS UNABLE TO GIVE EXAM ..SO HOW CAN I RESCHECULED IT TO NEW TIME??
