Lost all the files when payment was done word 365 on IOS

Question

When I saw a button "Activate" on word 365 and pressed that activate button and it w ent to a payment page and I followed instruction and made a payment and renewed word 365. After payment was done and opened word 365, all the files which I made so far was all gone. How do I retrieve them?

That depends on where you had stored them. If you had stored them on your iPad, open the Files app and you should be able to find them. If you stored them on OneDrive, then your old OneDrive account may have used a different signin than what you used for your new Microsoft 365 installation. In that case, you'll have to open your old OneDrive account and copy the files to your new account or to your iOS device to access them in Word.

It looks like all of my files were all gone and they might be in old OneDrive account.

Now how can I access to my old OneDrive account?
