Hello,

I would like to know how I can call https://prices.azure.com/api/retail/prices API to get pricing for Azure Monitor services:

-Analytics Logs,

-Managed Prometheus,

-Data Ingestion,

Names are taken from https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/calculator/ and Azure Monitor service.

@Rafal Fraczek , thank you for the question and apologies for the delayed response. I have been trying to get the required information for this question.

For "Data ingestion" and "Analytics logs", both are based on Log Analytics. Therefore, to get all the pricing details of data ingestion, you can use the following filter:

$filter=serviceFamily eq 'Management and Governance' and productName eq 'Log Analytics'

Managed Prometheus is still in preview based on the Products available by region, therefore it seems that its information is not available through this API. I have requested more clarification and will get back to this thread as soon as I have any.

@Rafal Fraczek, I have confirmation that Managed Prometheus is not yet added to the pricing calculator as it is still in preview.

A better way of getting the retail pricing details is by using the meterId which is available in the pricing calculator, after you sign-in to this calculator. The sign-in option is available either as a banner above the calculator section or at the bottom near Export button.

Once you sign-in, you would get the meterId along with all the features available in the calculator:

With the meterId information, you can plug it in the API with the ``` meterId` `` filter to get the pricing detail about the specific section/feature.
