How to Fix "We're unable to validate your phone number"?

I'm unable to signup for Azure Free Account with my phone number (Canadian Phone Number (+1)).
Every time I click on "Text Me" to verify my identity, I get redirected to another page with the following message:
"We're unable to validate your phone number"
During the last 24 hours I've tried to signup with multiple phone numbers on different browsers, devices and accounts.
Every time I get the same message...
Anyone has this issue or knows how to solve it?
