Project Server Change Existing Project Enterprise Project Type 1 to Enterprise Project Type 2 in Project Server 2016

I'm trying to change the Existing project server Enterprise project type 1 to Enterprise project type 2 in project server 2016. I tried with CSOM and REST API's but no result. From UI I'm able to change the EPT.

Any one Please suggest ASAP.
