I mistakenly subscribed to azure's $29 Developer support, because it was the first time I used it, I thought that if I canceled the subscription, I would not be charged, but azure still charged me $29 for two months. Now I can't make a support request for the subscription that was canceled by me, can someone help me to solve this problem and get a refund.
