Seems there's a bug from oracle side, could you check the below links to see if this helps?

As per the error message, this could be an issue with your source. To better understand the problem, the ODBC drive logs need to be investigated. Hence, I recommend filing a support ticket for deeper investigation as it needs detailed troubleshooting of logs. Please do share the SR# once it is filed so that we can track it internally.
In case if you don't have a support plan, please let us know.
