Missing "Add your data" link/button at ChatGPT playground

Hello!

I have seen this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6SNfeVop4zM) where is possible to connect Azure ChatGPT with my own database:

ChatGPT playground (Add your data)

However, when I access the chat playground (with my subscription), I don´t find the "Add your data" link/button which is supposed to access this functionality. Below the only screen available to me:

Does everybody know why it is not visible for everybody? If this is still available to some region/users, could you please inform when it will be available for everybody?
