@Choppadandi Anil kumar Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A, apologize for any inconvenience caused on this.

We have looked at the backend logs of the above shared webapp (Sri12) and we see a delete operation on the webapp at 2023-06-05 13:51 UTC it got succeeded as well.

To know more about the actual error message, I would suggest you enable the application logging_ and review the Log stream logs.

@VenkateshDodda-MSFT Thank you for the quick response. I created a new web app and made the changes in the log stream logs but still it is not working. For your reference I am sharing the snapshot of the logs and my new webapp failure.

@Choppadandi Anil kumar thanks for your response. Try reviewing those application logs and see why you are getting this no permissions page when you request the root url. You can access those applications logs through by requesting 'https://<app-name>.scm.azurewebsites.net/api/dump' .
