Azure Confidential Ledger: Not allowed to call POST /app/transactions

I have been trying to test Azure confidential ledger operations. I have been testing in Insomnia REST Client since we want to integrate ledger REST API calls in Camunda. I also get negative results in Azure CLI. I've created an app that as Owner permissions to the ledger, and make the following request using Oauth2:

Hello,
I believe this is application authentication; id and secret are from an Azure application that has owner rights to the ledger although auth type in Insomnia is OAuth 2: Client Credentials.
