error while verifying my phone number

While signing up for my Azure account, I could not verify my phone number. I'm getting this error all the time. I'm signing from Pakistan, kindly guide me on how to solve this issue.

1. Make sure there's a space between your country/region code and the phone number.
2. If the phone no. is already associated with an Azure account, you won't be able to create a new account.
3. There's a temporary issue with the verification service that's prevent your number from being verified.

If the email address you used to create your account is a personal one, you can enable another security feature on your account. If that does not work, you can create a billing support ticket or call customer service.
