How to do with the port response failure of openAi

When use an Azure Open AI, as long as a port‘s response time is over 20 seconds, it will failure. can you tell me the reason? and how to handle this?

    Hi, we have already found out the reason, it is caused by the restriction of K8S Cluster, thanks very much for your reply.
