Running into a issue in SharePoint Server 2019 version with May 2023 CU. The issue started when Search Crawl component stucked in crawling state not finished after running for 5-6 days. So I've tried to fix it by removing and re-adding crawl component but it didn't worked.

Only option left was to re-create the search services, so I've created Search Service application using PowerShell but command never finished, it keeps running for 3 days.

I did everything mentioned in other articles: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/28772.sharepoint-server-the-search-service-is-not-able-to-connect-to-the-machine-that-hosts-the-administration-component.aspx

I've checked this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1234034/the-search-service-is-not-able-to-connect-to-the-m?page=1&orderby=Helpful&comment=answer-1245211#newest-answer-comment, it says it's a known issue in SharePoint Subscription edition but no mention of SharePoint 2019.

Does anyone know if it's a known issue in SharePoint 2019 or a issue in my environment only?

Any solution? Your help is much appreciated.

Application Server restart and clearing SharePoint Configuration Cache fixed the issue.

I've not restarted the App Servers after creating New Search Service application and Application Server Admin service timer job was stucked at 0%. So restarted the all application servers and then cleared the config cache and waited for around half an hour to get services running. and it fixed the error.
