app being suspended in resource moniter

hello microsoft i have installed a app called lively wallpaper when i installed it it was working but after restart it is not working when i saw on task manager

it was being suspended all the time when i open it

can you fix this issue

    Have you tried uninstall it and install again? You can follow those steps:

    Open the Microsoft Store from the Start menu, and then browse for the application you want to uninstall. On the Store page, each installed application has an Uninstall button.
