Windows Autopatch and Group Policy

Recently, I have enabled Windows Autopatch for our organization. The devices are Hybrid Azure AD Joined and until now they received Windows Update policies through Group Policy. Now my question is, after I have enabled Windows Autopatch and registered the devices, do I have to remove the group policies? Will they be in conflict with Windows Autopatch and what will be the effective settings?
