Hey,

we are using o365, a colleague of mine deleted an entry in his auto completion-list in Outlook.

I was searchen the web for help but only thing i could find was " writing a new mail to the deleted contact will bring back that entry in the auto completion list!".

Sadly that does not work. Just tried it with two contacts, deleted them in the list and tried to get them back by wirting a mail to them.

Nothing happend, the contacts are still missing in the auto comletion list.

Can someone help?

PS: Sorry for my bad english, hopefully someone understands

greetings

Marius

    Hi @Werner, Marius ,

According to my research and test, I create a new email message and type the contact's address to the To field.

After that click the Check Names button on the ribbon, then close the message.

    222

Next time, when writing a new email, on the To field, when entering the contact's address, an auto-complete entry will appear.
