Unable to find report to manage subscription

I am brand new to SSRS and have been doing a lot of googling. I am trying to identify Subscriptions that are still being sent out so I can warn users the server is going to be decommissioned. I have been able to run a SQL query to identify active subscriptions. Some of the users have come back saying they do not need the subscription any longer. I would like to deactivate the subscription but am struggling with how.

From what I have found, going to web UI and finding the report is the best way to stop a subscription. My query identified the path, but I don't see anything like it when I look around in the reporting UI. I tried putting the name of the report in the search box but no results found. I've tried clicking into folders and looking around, and can't find a folder or report that matches the one I am trying to discontinue the subscription for.

Is there a permission I need in order to see other people's reports? We have had so much turnover through the years, I suspect anyone who created these reports are long gone.

Any advice?
