Why do I have to pay OneDrive to download my photos?

Where did you download the photos? From local OneDrive app or web?
I suggest you provide full message or the screenshot about asking you to pay in OneDrive.
I've always just downloaded for years and didn't even notice who was icloud or OneDrive, but this past 2 years I was recieving notices and heck I don't own a Apple phone,
Hi, please validate what OneDrive offer. I told as if the online storage is full it will block new files creation and offer a new licence to buy, but it will not block you to download your data
Sure it won't block to download data, it wants me to pay them first. Since when did all this start? I'm not computer savvy but I do like to see my photos from my phone.
