Cannot log into office365 for small business. My Authenticator app is not working

I recently upgraded my computers and phone and now I am unable to access my Office365 Small Business account. Although I can log in with my password, the 2nd step, which includes the Microsoft Authenticator app, is not sending me a code. From what I can gather, my old phone is still linked to my account, and since I didn't back up the app, I am now stuck. I have been trying to resolve this issue for months with no success. Can anyone please help me with this?
